Glitter Lock Topper in Judy ❤️ Bob

Introducing our newest addition to our lip products, the Glitter Lock Topper! Glitter Lock Toppers are alcohol based, just like our Naughty Longwear Lip colors. They are best worn as part of a 3-part system. They look beautiful worn topped with a Wet Gloss Sealant, but even better when layered over a Naughty Longwear Lip Color and topped with a Wet Gloss Sealant. 

Judy ❤️ Bob is a stunning rose gold holographic micro glitter with pink/gold shifts.

Ingredients:

Alcohol SDA 40-B, Acrylates octylacrylamide copolymer, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Glucam P-20, Isostearyl Alcohol, lip safe glitter.

6ml, vegan, glutan-free, not tested on animals/cruelty free, made in USA
